SECURITY NOTICE: This is a "blind dropbox." Files submitted are neither visible nor accessible by the public. They will be processed by our authorized staff on an ad hoc basis (upon notification). There're no provisions to submit to a specific person. For that level of privacy, you must encrypt the content prior to submission.

  1. Prepare file for submission. (Use Zip or other archiving utility. Encrypt as required.)
  2. Check size of file(s).
  3. Browse for the file(s) on your computer.
  4. Click UPLOAD.
  5. Wait for upload to complete.
  6. Notify us so we can retrieve your file(s).
